However, its efficacy for rheumatoid arthritis not pharmaceutically evaluated. We explore phytochemical analysis anti-inflammatory, analgesic anti-arthritic activity petroleum ether, ethanol aqueous extracts aerial part. Materials Methods: Tail- flick method was used evaluate anti-inflammatory carried out using paw oedema induced with carrageenan CFA arthritic model potential in anti- rats. The Petroleum ethanolic were dosed orally three divided doses (75, 150 300 mg/ kg). For inflammatory diclofenac sodium at 10 mg/kg as standard, whereas prednisolone 5 methotrexate 0.5 kg standard. One-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple range test analyse statistical significance between means. Results: results revealed a dosecontrolled effect different some extent observed. Four compounds present confirmed LCMS/MS. model's findings showed improved defence against lesions changes body weight. Additionally, significantly factor, changed WBCs, favourably altered radiographic histological alterations. Conclusion: indicate that is strong compound may suggested treatment both chronic acute inflammation.
